Step-by-step Guide

Complete these steps to submit a withdrawal request from your account.

Log In to Your Account

Visit the login page. Enter your registered email and password. Click Login to access your account.

Go to Your Dashboard

Once logged in, you will be redirected to your Dashboard. From the dashboard menu, locate and click on Add Withdrawal Settings.

Add Your Withdrawal Details

Enter the payment details for the method you wish to use (Bank Transfer, Crypto, etc.). Carefully fill in all required information. Click Save to store your withdrawal settings. Make sure the details entered are accurate to avoid delays.

Go to Wallets

Navigate back to your dashboard. Click on Wallets. Select the wallet that contains the currency you want to withdraw.

Click Withdraw

Inside the selected wallet, click on the Withdraw button.

Select Your Withdrawal Method

Choose the withdrawal setting you created earlier. Confirm that all details are correct.

Confirm Withdrawal

Click on Confirm Withdrawal to complete the process.

Processing Times & Fees

Bank transfers typically take 1–3 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals vary by network — allow up to 24 hours for confirmation. Fees depend on your selected withdrawal method; check the Fees section in your wallet before confirming.
